PRICING
We offer a free 15 min consultation for any prospective patients.
This allows you to ask questions, clarify our approach, and get a sense of how we might be able to help.
For regular visits, we are able to bill commercial insurance as out of network providers. We will check your out of network benefits, and any balance not covered on your plan is paid when you see the doctor. A deposit is required to hold your appointment. An initial visit is one hour long, with follow-ups lasting 15 to 45 minutes depending on visit requirements. We do not currently accept any form of government insurance, however there are limited sliding scale options available.
Payments accepted via Visa/Mastercard/American Express/HSA/FSA or e-check
A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available based on financial need and prior approval. Students, teachers, veterans, and first responders may also qualify for reduced rates. Please contact us for eligibility and current availability.
